Neha possesses international experience in project management, business transformation and marketing in IT and healthcare industry. Currently as a Senior Advisor at Dell, Inc. she provides strategic and leadership guidance to organizations, helping them achieve maximum performance through process and organizational transformation. This year in the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, Neha is successfully leading the Program team.

She holds an MBA degree from University of Massachusetts. Adventurous at heart, Neha enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, tennis and travelling worldwide.
